International - we offer 3 quick and easy options:

  • USPS First Class Package shipping
  • 7- to 21 business days 
  • $13-14 shipping fee
  • USPS Priority Mail shipping
  • 6 to 10 business days
  • $45-48 shipping fee
  • USPS Priority Mail Express shipping
  • 3 to 5 business days
  • $57-60 shipping fee

For your convenience, FREE Priority Mail shipping is included with International orders over $300.

 

Order Processing Time

We do our very best to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. 

Orders are generally shipped the same business day if placed before 12pm CST and the very next business day if placed there after.

Orders placed after Friday, 12pm CST through Sunday, will ship on the following Monday.

 

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and Nasya is not responsible for such duties and taxes. Please check your local customs website for more detailed information.

 

Our Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
Products purchased from NASYA are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. For US and International customers, please email us at support@nasya.com and we will be happy to take care of your return or exchange and make the process super easy and seamless for you. We will process your return within 7-10 business days from the time we hear from you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of it being processed. As long as the item is in the shape you originally purchased, you can expect a full refund or an exchange, based on your preference. 
From there, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment 5-10 business after the refund is processed by us. We’ll keep you updated through the process and send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you can look out for it.
Exchanges
We are able to exchange a particular style for a different size and/or a style of the same value or less. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email directly at support@nasya.com and we will be happy to help and take care of it within 7-10 business days. 

 

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@nasya.com and we'll look into it right away
