We want you to be extremely happy with your products from Nasya and if anything isn't as terrific as it should be, we are committed to making it right. Your satisfaction and feeling good about your order is of major importance. Something just not right? Here's what we'll do: 

Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from Nasya are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase.  Send us an email at support@nasya.com or call us at 855-599-2524 and we'll take care of your return or exchange and make the process as simple and seamless for you as possible.

We'll process your return within 7-10 business days from the time we hear from you and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-10 business days after the refund is processed by us.

Just remember the item should be in the shape you originally purchased it in and from there, you can expect a full refund or exchange for something even cooler from the site, based on your preference. 

If you would prefer to exchange it, we'll be happy to exchange it out for a different size or style of the same value or less.

We'll keep you updated through the refund or exchange process and send you an email promptly once we have processed it, so you can look out for it. Sound good?

Damaged Items

We check and recheck all of our products to ensure we are sending you the best of the best of the best. 

If in the unfortunate rare off chance you have received an item that is damaged, email us right away and we'll make it right stat.
