How long does an order take to reach me?

We are committed to ensuring our customers get their Nasya products as quickly as possible. If we receive your order before 12 pm CST, we'll process it the same day and ship it out within 24 hours. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days after that.

Overall, the total order time is between 5 to 7 days, but we'll always make sure we try to get it out as fast as possible to you.

How much is shipping?

Rest easy, USPS Standard shipping is always free with all US orders and International orders over $300.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

We offer 2 other options of shipping for both domestic and International orders - priority shipping and priority express shipping which is the fastest.

Do you offer in person delivery?

Oh yes. We understand some of our customers need to slay much sooner and need their order stat. Within 10 miles of Downtown Chicago (use 60654 zip code to see if you are within the radius for delivery or email us for help/aren't sure) and if placed before 12 pm CST, we can hand deliver any orders over $300.

Can I speak to an actual person before I place my order?

We want to make you a believer and understand your skepticism. You are welcome to call us at 855-599-2524 or chat with us on Facebook messenger @nasyainc to be sure you're in the right hands.

I prefer ordering over the phone. Can I?

We get it, sometimes our fingers need a break. You are totally welcome to call us directly on the phone at 855-599-2524 and we'll process your order over the phone, and send the confirmation to your email. We'll take the stress out of your hands - just make sure you know what products you want, where we'll be shipping to and have your payment information handy and we'll process it for you seamlessly.   

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Absolutely - We want you to be extremely happy with your products from Nasya and if anything isn't as terrific as it should be, we are committed to making it right. We feel your struggle and of course we can help. We try to keep our sizes as easy as pie. We offer small, medium and large right now and you can check this size guide to see which will fit you best. You can also email us at support@nasya.com and we'll help determine just the right size for you

Are your dresses true to size?

Our dresses made with ponte have stretch to them and you'll find them mega comfy on your body.

The dresses, skirts and tops that are made with other non-stretch materials will specify that they are true to size and have very little to no stretch, in which case, we suggest ordering very precisely.

What does the name Nasya mean?

We're glad you asked. It comes from the Indian language, Telugu word, Nassa, which means disruption. Because we believe and live by the motto of "thinking outside of the box" and creating funky, sexy, crazy ideas, we couldn't imagine a better name.

Where are you located?

While we are headquartered in Chicago, we have employees, partners, artisans and designers working with us all over the world from Spain to India, making us the ultimate global citizen. No ocean is too far apart as far we are concerned.  

 Do you have a retail presence? Any stores?
